Q. How would you pitch to the biz to make your favourite book into a movie?

I think that it's important to be visual to these Executives as they are not always readers, so to give them a copy of the book would not be sufficient. I would do a mood board or a book trailer with all the main elements of the book so they can be "shown" rather than just them reading the synopsis. You need to make them see your fantastic vision, you need to ensure you sell them the storyline but also the effects and all your amazing ideas, as sometimes a great storyline is just not enough.

If you can step into one characters shoes (in a book) and be them for a day who would it be and why? Also if you want to be creative, what scene?
